 The preparations for the next edition of our International Meeting of Wind Orchestras are getting more and more intense. We invite orchestras from different European countries. When can we expect the sixth festival of this kind? With pride we can announce: On the 5th and 6th of May it will be cheerful, loud and colorful on our streets!

Alte Kameraden 2011 - is already behind us |

 We already left behind us the 5th International Meeting of Wind Orchestras „Alte Kameraden 2011". How was it...?
The same as last year the event was extraordinary international. Orchestras from Poland, but also from Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic played marvelous concerts. The audience had the possibility to observe the different ways of how to make music and how to understand music. It could see that - beyond of language barriers - through music it is possible to communicate with people from other cultures.
The jurors - Czesław Sokalski, Edward Tomków, Petr Šefl, Szczepan Kaczyński and Hanna Malicka - had the difficult task to choose the best orchestras within the categories March and Concert Program. Seven orchestras took part.
The first price within the march competition has got the Młodzieżowa Orkiestra Dęta Zespołu Szkół Budowlanych im. T. Kościuszki w Zielonej Górze. Městský dechový orchestr Kopřivnice z Republiki Czeskiej has got the first price within the competition of concert program.
The winner of the Grand Prix is Orkiestrze Miasta Poznania przy MPK Sp. z o.o.
Honourable mentions in the frame of the march program have got Zakładowej Orkiestrze Dętej Elektrowni „Łaziska” and Městský dechový orchestr Kopřivnice. Grodziska Orkiestra Dęta has got honourable mentions because of its spectacular elements during the parade. Honourable mentions for the concert program have got Młodzieżowa Orkiestra Dęta Zespołu Szkół Budowlanych im. T. Kościuszki w Zielonej Górze and Městský dechový orchestr Kopřivnice.

 Some weeks after the festival, we begin to organize the next edition of the International Wind Orchestras' Meeting Alte Kameraden. Already we' ve got some enrolments of some orchestras from abroad. Besides we decided about the date. We will celebrate at the 7th and 8th of May in 2011. Hopefully the sun will shine so bridely like this year!

 IV Międzynarodowe Spotkania Orkiestr Dętych „Alte Kameraden 2010" mamy już za sobą. Złapmy więc oddech i wspomnijmy to wydarzenie ...
W tym roku przedsięwzięcie było wyjątkowo międzynarodowe. Zagraniczne zespoły z Niemiec, Austrii i Republiki Czeskiej świetnie się spisały. Publiczność mogła odbierać odmienność w traktowaniu muzyki jako środka porozumiewania się pomiędzy ludźmi z różnych kultur.

Poznaliśmy Laureatów IV Alte Kameraden w Gorzowie |

 Prezentujemy wyniki IV Międzynarodowych Spotkań Orkiestr Dętych w Gorzowie Wlkp. Alte Kameraden 2010. Jury w składzie: mgr Czesław Sokalski - Opole, mjr Edward Tomków - Wrocław, prof Mieczysław Koczorowski - Poznań, mgr Petr Šefl - Praga, mgr Szczepan Kaszyński - Gorzów Wlkp. przyznało główną nagrodę w konkursie marszowym Musikkapelle Obermarkersdorf z Austrii. Główną nagrodę w konkursie na program koncertowy Jury przyznało dla: Amatérské sdružení hudebníků - dechový orchestr mladých Jistebník z Czech oraz Orkiestrze Dętej Kopalni Węgla Kamiennego "Murcki-Staszic"Ruch "Boże Dary" z Katowic.
Nagrodę Grand Prix - z uwzględnieniem ocen obu konkursów otrzymała Gorzowska Orkiestra Dęta.
